In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the jatace website accessible at jatace.net, including all sub-pages, game interfaces, betting interfaces, account management panels, and associated mobile-optimised pages.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Member on the Platform.
• "Member" or "You" means any individual who has successfully registered an Account on the Platform and whose registration has been accepted by jatace.
• "jatace", "We", "Us", or "Our" means the operator of the jatace Platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of funds held in a Member's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), comprising Real Money Balance and any applicable Bonus Balance.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Member that are available for wagering and withdrawal, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Member's Account, subject to the wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms set out in Section 6.
• "Services" means the full range of products offered via the Platform, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, fishing games, and all other interactive entertainment products.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it, or any winnings derived from it, may be withdrawn as Real Money.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency in which all Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the Platform are denominated.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any Service, you conclusively confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus or promotion-specific terms published on the Platform from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and jatace with respect to your use of the Services.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any other person or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and "you" will refer to both you individually and that person or entity.

jatace reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to jatace and all Services is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old. jatace employs age-verification procedures at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the payment source used, and any winnings derived from underage play will be voided.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jatace uses technical fingerprinting, payment method cross-referencing, and identity verification to detect and close duplicate Accounts. All balances associated with duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. jatace may require identity verification documentation (national identity card, passport, or equivalent) before processing withdrawals or lifting account limits.

jatace operates as an international online gaming platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jatace makes no warranty that the Services are legally available in any particular location. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own legal risk, and jatace accepts no liability arising from such access.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jatace will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify jatace immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. jatace may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation upon receiving such notification.

jatace reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; provision of false registration information; or failure to comply with identity verification requests. Upon closure due to a Terms breach, jatace may withhold the Account balance pending investigation.

You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. jatace will process such requests within five (5) business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing timelines and identity verification requirements having been satisfied.

jatace accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, all transacted in BDT: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per rolling period are displayed within the Account cashier section and may be adjusted based on account verification tier and activity history. jatace reserves the right to modify these limits at its discretion.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically reflected in your Account Balance within sixty (60) seconds of payment confirmation. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to two (2) business hours depending on the originating institution's processing schedule. jatace is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to identity verification having been completed. jatace targets a withdrawal processing time of one (1) to four (4) business hours for mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to one (1) business day for bank transfer withdrawals. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

jatace maintains anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with international best practice. jatace may request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds where transaction patterns suggest potential AML risk. Withdrawal of funds deposited but not wagered may be subject to a processing review. jatace reserves the right to file reports with relevant authorities where legally required.

jatace offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any bonus-specific terms published alongside the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another Account.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). The full wagering requirement must be met before any winnings generated from Bonus Balance may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are used before Real Money Balance when placing wagers, unless specified otherwise in the bonus-specific terms.
• Games contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Some games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. The contribution rate table is published in the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account Balance without notice.
• jatace reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at its discretion if it determines that the bonus is being abused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-variance betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements — may have bonuses voided and winnings forfeited.
• A Member may only claim a specific welcome bonus once. Claiming the same promotional offer through multiple Accounts constitutes a Terms breach.

All casino games available on jatace are operated by third-party software providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and specific mechanics are governed by each provider's published game rules, which are accessible via the in-game information panel.

jatace does not manipulate game outcomes. All random number generation (RNG) for non-live games is performed by the software provider's certified RNG system. Live dealer outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by the provider in a controlled studio environment.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or game engine failure — jatace's policy is as follows: if the outcome of the round cannot be determined, the wager is returned to the Member's Account. If the round was completed prior to the malfunction but the result was not displayed, jatace will credit the outcome determined by the game server log. jatace's determination of the game outcome in the event of a dispute is final.

All sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), are subject to jatace's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. In cases of event cancellation, postponement, or other irregular outcomes, settlement rules as published shall apply. jatace reserves the right to void markets where evident pricing errors, data feed failures, or suspicious betting patterns are detected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jatace Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one Account or registering under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a way not sanctioned by jatace.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing anomalies in sports betting markets for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploited errors may be voided.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live table games, or any multi-player environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies across multiple platforms in a manner that exploits jatace's pricing.
• Using the Platform to launder money, process fraudulent payments, or facilitate any activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering laws.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction with your payment provider without first exhausting jatace's internal dispute resolution process.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation in response to identity or source-of-funds verification requests.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy service in a manner intended to circumvent geographic restrictions.

jatace is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help Members maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all Account holders via the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure automated session time notifications that alert them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may apply a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, the Account is inaccessible for gameplay and deposits. The cooling-off period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who believe their gambling is becoming problematic may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours. Excluded Members may not re-register on the Platform.

All content on the jatace Platform, including but not limited to the jatace brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, software interfaces, and game imagery (where jatace holds a display licence), is the intellectual property of jatace or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, commercially exploit, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from jatace.

jatace collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jatace will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by the operation of the Services. All data is processed with appropriate technical and organisational security measures including SSL/TLS encryption.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jatace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss arising from service interruptions.

jatace's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that Member's Account at the time the claim arose.

jatace provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and network are adequately protected.

jatace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes that significantly affect Member rights will be communicated via email to the address registered on the Member's Account, where reasonably practicable.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jatace is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and jatace, the Member should first contact jatace's support team at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. jatace aims to respond to formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and to reach a resolution within twenty (20) business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitral body. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own arbitration costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
